SHIPPING
We currently ship across Pakistan. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping applies on orders over PKR 15,000; a flat shipping fee applies below that.
EXCHANGE
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Reach out to us on WhatsApp or email to start an exchange.
RETURN
If your item isn't right for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the same unworn/unwashed condition above. Contact us with your order number to begin the process.
